Service scope
Paid work begins only after the scope, timing, payment terms, client responsibilities, and deliverables are confirmed in writing. Unless otherwise agreed, a sprint covers one defined workflow or the listed investor-readiness deliverables and one revision session.
Client responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, access, approvals, and timely feedback. Clients must review AI-assisted outputs before use and remain responsible for business decisions and compliance obligations.
Payments and scheduling
Sprint fees are due as stated at checkout or in the applicable service agreement. A reserved sprint window may be moved subject to availability. Any refund, cancellation, or rescheduling terms shown at checkout or in the service agreement control.
No guaranteed outcome
AI Workflow Pilot does not guarantee revenue, savings, fundraising results, legal compliance, or any specific business outcome. AI-assisted systems can produce incomplete or incorrect output and require appropriate human review.
Restricted work
AI Workflow Pilot does not automate regulated high-stakes decisions or replace qualified professional judgment. Investor Readiness Sprint services are operating and communications support only—not investment advice, broker activity, fundraising representation, securities solicitation, or an offer to raise capital.
Separate business
AI Workflow Pilot is separate from Clause5afe Systems Inc. Clause5afe does not own, operate, certify, endorse, or deliver AI Workflow Pilot services.
